welcome to moving mountains dance academy! we are so thankful that you have chosen to be a part of our christ-centered dance family. our mission is to glorify god through dance, teaching students to grow not only in skill, but also in faith, confidence, and character.

 we believe every dancer is "fearfully and wonderfully made" (psalm 139:14) and created with purpose. through prayer, worship, and dance, we encourage our students to use their gifts to shine the light of jesus both on and off the stage.

we are excited to partner with you this year as we help your dancer move mountains -one step at a time!

parent partnership

• encourage dancers at home with positivity and prayer.
• support with regular attendance and punctuality.
• communicate openly with INSTRUCTORS about questions and CONCERNS.
• respect studio policies and christian values.
• partner with us in creating a CHRIST-CENTERED community

class expectations

• please arrive on time, dressed in proper dance attire with hair secured.
• dancers should bring a water bottle
• all classes begin with prayer-students are expected to participate respectfully.
• no gum, food, or cell phones in class

attendance

• consistent attendance is important for progress and recital PREPARATION
• please NOTIFY the instructor if your dancer will be absent.

behavior

• dancers are expected to treat teachers and classmates with respect and kindness.
• negative or disruptive behavior will be addressed promptly.
• parents and dancers should help maintain a positive, encouraging environment.

safety & emergency policy

• parents/guardians must remain available by phone during class times.
• in the event of an emergency, we will contact you immediately.
• first aid will be administered as needed; medical PROFESSIONALS will be contacted if necessary.
